General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Proof of Sats
Effective as of April 26, 2026
Article 1 – Purpose These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Proof of Sats (hereinafter "the Seller") and any buyer (hereinafter "the Customer") making a purchase on the website raresatscards.com.
Article 2 – Orders Any order placed on the website constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of product unavailability or suspected fraud.
Article 3 – Prices Prices are listed in euros (EUR), inclusive of all applicable taxes. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; products are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
Article 4 – Payment Payment is due immediately upon ordering. The Seller accepts the payment methods available on the website at the time of purchase.
Article 5 – Delivery Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering. Delivery timeframes are given as estimates only. No compensation or damages may be claimed for any delay.
Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. Return shipping costs are the Customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated.
Article 7 – Legal Warranties All products benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Article 8 – Personal Data Data collected during the ordering process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the website.
Article 9 – Disputes In the event of a dispute, the Customer may resort to conventional mediation or any other alternative dispute resolution method. Failing that, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
