Anatomy of a Proof of Sats Card

A Proof of Sats card is more than a printed visual. It brings together elements of collecting, authentication, security, and on-chain verification within a single physical object.

On the front

The card displays the main information associated with the satoshi: its number, rarity markers, Series, edition number, and card serial number. The central pattern is a generative artwork created from the satoshi number using SHA-256, giving each card its own visual identity.

The card also includes several features designed to strengthen authentication: security microtext, a UV-reactive authentication seal, and an authentication QR code. The goal is to make it possible to compare the physical object with its reference data.

On the back

The card includes the detailed information used to identify the satoshi: block, date, rarity characteristics, and other associated public data. An UTXO QR code allows the corresponding information to be checked directly on the Bitcoin blockchain.

The private key is protected under a tamper-evident VOID seal. As long as the seal remains intact, the key has not been exposed. Any attempt to open it leaves a visible and irreversible trace.

Finally, the card includes its signature statement, edition year, and is placed inside a UV-resistant Crystal slab, sealed to help preserve the card physically over the long term.

Proof of Sats therefore combines several complementary layers: identifying the satoshi, verifying its provenance, authenticating the physical object, and protecting access to the UTXO.

Each card becomes more than a simple printed object: a physical collectible directly connected to public, independently verifiable data on Bitcoin.
